With an emphasis on good form and technique, you'll lay a solid foundation for your fitness goals. Each session offers progressions and modifications to meet you where you are and challenge you as you advance. 

What Smart Strength Basics is NOT:

⛔ Not a bootcamp or circuit training class. ✅ Exercises are performed slowly and controlled with active rest periods between exercises to maximize effectiveness.

⛔ Not a cardio or high-impact class. ✅ This low-impact training style gets your heart pumping without the need for jumping around.

⛔ Not your typical group fitness class. ✅ Individualized attention is given to ensure proper form, avoiding injury, and achieving more impactful results.
