Please read the following before booking a class …
  • Yoga Studio Etiquette; an easy-to-follow list for yoga (please read)
  • Pre-booking of classes is required. Please purchase a package online and book classes using the schedule below.
  • No show & late cancel charges – If you book a class and do not show up you will be charged a fee of $10 (for membership holders) or you will lose one class (for class pass holders). You may cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before the start time of the class. Cancellations that are made less than 2 hours prior to the start time, will result in the charge penalty above. You may only cancel classes online through the website – contacting the studio through email or telephone will NOT be accepted.

👉🏻INGREDIENTS
8 eggs
8 bacon slices
Sea salt & black pepper, to taste

👉🏻INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cook bacon half way through on stove-top.
Wrap inside of muffin tin with one strip of bacon per muffin.
Crack one egg into each spot lined with bacon.
Season with sea salt and black pepper.
Bake in oven for 15-minutes.
Remove with spoon, plate and enjoy with sides of choice.
