Class Schedule

Please read the following before booking a class …
  • Yoga Studio Etiquette; an easy-to-follow list for yoga (please read)
  • Pre-booking of classes is required.ย Please purchase a yoga package online and book classes using the schedule below.
  • No show & late cancel charges – If you book a class and do not show up you will be charged a fee of $10 (for membership holders) or you will lose one class (for class pass holders). You may cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before the start time of the class. Cancellations that are made less than 2 hours prior to the start time, will result in the charge penalty above. You may only cancel classes online through the website โ€“ contacting the studio through email or telephone will NOT be accepted.

DID YOU KNOW? Hibiscus tea is loaded with antioxidants and could be helpful in reducing oxidative stress in the body.

Oxidative stress occurs when free radicals invade the body and the body doesnโ€™t have enough antioxidants to combat them. Free radical damage may contribute to many health issues ranging from cancer to aging skin, so hibiscus tea can be helpful.

1-2 bags hibiscus tea
1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
Natural sweetener of choice (honey, stevia, etc.,), optional
Ice cubes, optional

Add tea bag to a mason jar filled with boiling water (add 2 tea bags if using a large mason jar). Cover with lid and set aside on counter. If using a natural sweetener, add in while tea is still warm and mix.
Once tea has cooled, remove tea bags and refrigerate until cold.
Add sliced lemon (and ice cubes if you want) to mason jar and enjoy!
