Please read the following before booking a class …
  • Yoga Studio Etiquette; an easy-to-follow list for yoga (please read)
  • Pre-booking of classes is required. Please purchase a yoga package online and book classes using the schedule below.
  • No show & late cancel charges – If you book a class and do not show up you will be charged a fee of $10 (for membership holders) or you will lose one class (for class pass holders). You may cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before the start time of the class. Cancellations that are made less than 2 hours prior to the start time, will result in the charge penalty above. You may only cancel classes online through the website – contacting the studio through email or telephone will NOT be accepted.

👉🏻INGREDIENTS
1 lb fresh ginger root
1.5 liters filtered water
Lemons
Honey, optional

👉🏻INSTRUCTIONS
Bring 1.5 liters of filtered water to a boil in a small stove-top pot.
Peel and finely grate ginger. Add to boiling water.
Let boil for 5 minutes then bring to a simmer for 20 minutes.
Strain ginger tea into a mason jar using a fine mesh sifter. Let cool then store in the fridge.
🍵For a cup of hot lemon ginger tea
Heat 3/4 cup of ginger tea in a pot, pour into mug and squeeze in 1/2 a lemon. Add 1 tsp honey. Stir and sip slowly.
