Jennifer knew she wanted to be a part of something bigger than herself when she founded Healthletica in 2011. Healthletica was created to help people find their way back to a healthy lifestyle. Jennifer believes that everyone deserves to feel good and live their best life, no matter where they are in their journey. The knowledge she gained and lessons she learned in her own journey—with IBS, weight struggles, and other more serious health conditions—have allowed her to help others in their journey back to health. After years of hard work building a community and helping people, Jennifer's proud to say that her dream of being part of something bigger than herself has come true.

Aasia is a Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner and Pilates Mat Specialist. She combines her passion for fitness and movement, along with her education in anatomy and functional fitness, to deliver a creative and playful PilatesFusion class at Healthletica. Aasia believes that movement is medicine and a form of self care. She fosters a welcoming environment and helps clients connect with their body, build strength, and sustainably change their lives in a holistic way.

Lina Iamundi
Lina IamundiYoga Teacher

In an attempt to deeper her understanding of herself and her spirituality, Linda became drawn to the philosophy and practice of yoga. She quickly fell in love with all aspects of yoga during her self study, and left her job to pursue this new found love full time. She has since devoted the last 12 years to the practice, and study of Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda. Achieving her first yoga teacher certification in 2009, followed by her advanced teacher training certification in 2012, Ayurveda practitioner certification, and Yoga Therapist training certification in 2016, Linda teaches Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pre/post Natal Yoga and meditation. Linda is also a Reiki Master, certified Crystal healer and also a Holistic Nutritionist, she also recived her Cupping massage therapy certification in 2020. She is currently studying Reflexology and Homeopathic Medicine. After studying yoga for many years and since becoming a teacher herself, Linda has helped many people through her understanding of the yogic teachings, philosophies, body mechanics, health and nutrition and strives to make each class informative, enjoyable and inspiring. Beyond teaching Yoga, Linda also hosts many seminars and workshops to help people take their health into their own hands as she strongly believes that the healer is within each of us.

Simona is a graduate of YTT 200hr and is excited bring yoga with a hint of guided meditation to the classes she teaches. She feels there is a beautiful connection when the mind, body and breath are brought together as one. Simona is also certified in Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic sleep yoga, which is a combination of guided meditation with deep physical and mental rest while the person is in Shavasana. Lastly, Simona is a qualified in advanced level Reiki. Outside of yoga, Simona is a dedicated marathon runner.

Body Movement has always been an important part of his life philosophy in health and wellness. He has been fortunate to learn and have been inspired by many great teachers and coaches. Glenn completed his RYT 500 hour and completed an intensive Asthanga Yoga Teacher training.

Patti PersaudYoga Teacher

Patti began her yoga journey almost 30 years ago while she was in the military. She began to practice yoga and meditation as a way to bring calm into her hectic life.

In 2016, Patti obtained her first yoga certification and gained further certifications including her Reiki Level 1 and 2. She is also a certified Meditation Guide, Life Coach, Medium and Angel Reader.

Most recently, Patti obtained her 300 RYT advanced yoga teacher certification in 2021 and now holds a 500hr designation.

In 2018, Patti brought her vision of yoga and wellness to life through her yoga & wellness company Healing Through Om. Her aim is to bring the gift of yoga to as many people as possible so they too can receive the beautiful healings that the yoga way of life offers.

When Patti is not teaching in studios, you can find her in Muskoka where she leads yoga and meditation retreats as well as international retreats all over the world.

Patti is committed to guiding as many people as she can on their wellness journey through various healing modalities.

This can take place in personalized one-on-one sessions or in small groups of patients with the same therapeutic needs (e.g., injury prevention or chronic conditions like Parkinson’s disease). At regular intervals, he checks on his patients’ progress and adjusts their exercise plan as needed.
