As a certified exercise physiologist, she is qualified to prescribe conditioning exercises for apparently healthy individuals as well as for those with known medical disorders, functional limitations or disabilities associated with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, metabolic, neuromuscular, and age-related conditions. This not only makes her a rarity in the Caledon area, it makes her a valuable resource for physicians who want peace of mind when they want their patients to engage in a safe exercise program tailored to their specific situation.

Will helps patients reduce their pain and improve their strength, balance, flexibility and range of motion by enhancing the body’s ability to heal itself. In his practice at Healthletica, he assesses patients’ needs and prescribes therapeutic exercises for them to execute under the careful supervision of a specially qualified exercise specialist. This can take place in personalized one-on-one sessions or in small groups of patients with the same therapeutic needs (e.g., injury prevention or chronic conditions like Parkinson’s disease). At regular intervals, he checks on his patients’ progress and adjusts their exercise plan as needed.

Adelie is Certified Energy Healer and Teacher within the Modern Mystery School. She has also completed her 200 hour Yoga Training in India with Akhanda Yoga.

Simona is a graduate of YTT 200hr and is excited bring yoga with a hint of guided meditation to the classes she teaches. She feels there is a beautiful connection when the mind, body and breath are brought together as one. Simona is also certified in Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic sleep yoga, which is a combination of guided meditation with deep physical and mental rest while the person is in Shavasana. Lastly, Simona is a qualified in advanced level Reiki. Outside of yoga, Simona is a dedicated marathon runner.

Since graduating from the Healthletica YTT program, she has spent her time leading yoga classes for martial artists and runners as well as conducting on-line classes and privates. She now also looks forward to guiding classes here at Healthletica, loving the aspect of including hot yoga into her repertoire.
