This can take place in personalized one-on-one sessions or in small groups of patients with the same therapeutic needs (e.g., injury prevention or chronic conditions like Parkinson’s disease). At regular intervals, he checks on his patients’ progress and adjusts their exercise plan as needed.

Angela is a registered dietitian, personal trainer and core confidence specialist with additional training in pilates, barre, and TRX. She creates workouts using a core centered approach to help women reestablish their core strength, functioning, balance, flexibility and overall muscle tone.
At Healthletica, Angela offers small group pilates classes, including TRX Pilates, Barre Pilates, Prenatal Pilates, and Mom & Baby Pilates. Her classes will leave you feeling energized, strong, and confident (and of course your core will feel the burn too).

Rita loves being able to share her mantra of keeping the body, mind and spirit healthy and happy.

While she herself enjoys a strong asana flow every now and then, her practice and teaching is always breath centered and her classes vary in form and function, depending on the reason or season.
