In a world where so many of our interactions happen through screens, walking into a studio like Healthletica feels different. There is an immediate sense of presence, a reminder that movement, breath, and community are deeply intertwined. While exercise helps us build strength and mobility, one of the most powerful benefits often happens off the mat: the relationships, belonging, and connection we create simply by showing up together.

Rebecca teaches Hot Relaxation Stretch at Healthletica and holds a 250-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification.

✨ Her Journey
Rebecca's love for yoga began at just 6 years old. Although yoga had always been a part of her life, her personal mental health journey brought her back to it in a much deeper and more meaningful way. That experience inspired her to pursue teaching and share the benefits of yoga with others.
