Are you a health, wellness or fitness professional looking for an awesome space to start or expand your business?

Healthletica may just be the perfect fit for you!

We are inviting you to rent space in our state-of-the-art yoga and wellness facility.

There are three different rooms to choose from:

  1. Our treatment room/office space (120 sqft.). Perfect for RMTs, Naturopaths, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Acupuncturists, Chinese Medicine Practitioners, Certified Coaches and more.
  2. Our small studio (up to 8 people). Perfect for personal training, small group fitness or yoga classes, workshops, thai massage, physiotherapy and more.
  3. Our large studio (up to 30 people). Perfect for group fitness and yoga classes, workshops, courses and more.

Each room has a unique vibe and includes:

  • Natural and warm cork flooring.
  • Open ceiling, creating a spacious look and feel.
  • Large windows, allowing natural light to enter the room (black-out roller blinds are installed in the treatment room).
  • A beautiful view of Bolton and nature.
  • In addition, you and your clients/patients will have access to Healthletica’s amenities including: change rooms equipped with private washrooms, showers, hairdryers and lockers + a refreshment counter with filtered water, tea and espresso.

  • ❀️ Beet Mash is the perfect side to your next meal! It’s high in fibre + nutrients, low in carbs and full of flavour. 

Beets are an excellent source of disease-fighting phytonutrients called betalains which have powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Betalains are also responsible for providing beets with their vibrant color. Studies show that these potent pigments may help protect against the development of certain types of cancer and disease.

πŸ‘‰INGREDIENTS
2 cups peeled & sliced red beets
1 head cauliflower, chopped
2 cloves garlic, skin on
1/2 cup full fat coconut milk, more if needed
1 tsp dried rosemary
2 tbsp avocado oil
Sea salt to taste

πŸ‘‰INSTRUCTIONS 
Coat vegetables and skin-on garlic in oil, rosemary and salt. Place on a pan and bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
Remove skin from garlic and put in a food processor or blender along with cooked veggies and coconut milk. Process/blend until a smooth mash is formed. Add more coconut milk if needed.
Use right away or store in fridge for use during the week.
