Healthletica is a yoga studio with a difference.

What we aren’t is as important as what we are.

We’re not a traditional yoga studio that just cranks up the heat a couple of times a day, causing the humidity in the room to rise along with the heat. We’re not a conventional hot yoga studio that raises room temperatures so high only one in five people return after their first class. And we’re definitely not a fitness club that thinks nothing of subjecting yoga classes to the jarring distractions of loud aerobics classes and equipment rooms nearby.

We’re professionals who “get it.” We’ve spent much time practicing many styles of yoga. With our combined years of experience and research into exercise physiology, we know what the ideal conditions are for hot yoga classes and we’ve invested heavily in creating them in our custom-built facilities. We’ve ensured that our thermal and air exchange systems provide exceptional control of temperature and humidity, not only for your comfort, but for your safety and hygiene, as well as to ensure that you achieve superior results in heat that is tolerable, not extreme.

  • ❤️ Beet Mash is the perfect side to your next meal! It’s high in fibre + nutrients, low in carbs and full of flavour. 

Beets are an excellent source of disease-fighting phytonutrients called betalains which have powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Betalains are also responsible for providing beets with their vibrant color. Studies show that these potent pigments may help protect against the development of certain types of cancer and disease.

👉INGREDIENTS
2 cups peeled & sliced red beets
1 head cauliflower, chopped
2 cloves garlic, skin on
1/2 cup full fat coconut milk, more if needed
1 tsp dried rosemary
2 tbsp avocado oil
Sea salt to taste

👉INSTRUCTIONS 
Coat vegetables and skin-on garlic in oil, rosemary and salt. Place on a pan and bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
Remove skin from garlic and put in a food processor or blender along with cooked veggies and coconut milk. Process/blend until a smooth mash is formed. Add more coconut milk if needed.
Use right away or store in fridge for use during the week.
