  • 🌻 Meet Fiona 🌻 👏 Classes & Certifications Fiona teaches Hot Relaxation Stretch Yoga, One Puppy Yoga, and Yin, bringing calm energy and a touch of playfulness to every class. She holds a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, 50hr Trauma-Informed Yoga, and 25hr Yin Certification. 💫 Her Journey What began as a personal journey of self-discovery through her Yoga Teacher Training quickly became something more. Fiona realized how much fun teaching could be and loved the idea of giving something back to others through movement and mindfulness. 🌼 Teaching Style in 3 Words Beginner • Welcoming • Joyful 💭 Advice for Beginners Don’t worry about what anyone else is doing.
