  • 🏵️ Meet Rebecca 🏵️ 🎓 Classes & Certifications Rebecca teaches Hot Relaxation Stretch at Healthletica and holds a 250-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification. ✨ Her Journey Rebecca's love for yoga began at just 6 years old. Although yoga had always been a part of her life, her personal mental health journey brought her back to it in a much deeper and more meaningful way. That experience inspired her to pursue teaching and share the benefits of yoga with others. 🧘🏼‍♀️ Her Teaching Style in 3 Words Hands-on • Intentional • Spiritual 🫶🏼 How she hopes you'll feel after class Rebecca hopes you leave class feeling mentally and physically better overall - more grounded, relaxed, and restored. 💞 What she loves most about teaching at Healthletica Rebecca has been part of the Healthletica community since she was 16 years old, so being able to now teach in a place that has meant so much to her is incredibly special.
