Total Barre® is a low impact, upbeat and fun Barre and Pilates class designed to mobilize, energize and help you find balance on and off the mat. Innovative strength and cardio exercises will transform your body from head to toe, combining movement patterns that will tone, shape and strengthen your buns, hips, thighs and calves.
The ultimate full-body workout creating long, lean muscles with plenty of modifications to feel supported using props, such as the mini stability ball, hand-weights, balancing balls, exercise band and parallel stability ballet barre. You will be challenged to find our edge using your fitness stamina and moving to the beat of curated playlists.
No dance experience necessary. This Barre class workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to experienced. Enjoy personalized attention in this unheated small group class, limited to 6 participants per session.
