At Healthletica, we understand that a regular yoga and/or Pilates practice might not be in everyone’s budget, so we developed an Energy Exchange Program to give people the opportunity to benefit from a regular practice, FREE of charge! 

This program is not just a way to save money, but also a way to connect with like-minded people, and be a part of a community that genuinely wants to support and help others.

How it works?

You give us 4-hours of your time each week to help us out around the studio. In return for your awesome energy and work, you’ll receive access to unlimited classes – an amazing trade-off if you love yoga and/or Pilates as much as we do!

We are looking for someone who…

  • has a passion for yoga and wellness and wants to be a part of the Healthletica Team 
  • has exceptional customer service skills
  • is tech savvy, a quick learner and takes initiative
  • is adaptable, reliable and well organized
  • has awesome energy and wants to share it
  • can commit to this position for a minimum of 1-year

DID YOU KNOW? Hibiscus tea is loaded with antioxidants and could be helpful in reducing oxidative stress in the body.

Oxidative stress occurs when free radicals invade the body and the body doesn’t have enough antioxidants to combat them. Free radical damage may contribute to many health issues ranging from cancer to aging skin, so hibiscus tea can be helpful.

1-2 bags hibiscus tea
1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
Natural sweetener of choice (honey, stevia, etc.,), optional
Ice cubes, optional

Add tea bag to a mason jar filled with boiling water (add 2 tea bags if using a large mason jar). Cover with lid and set aside on counter. If using a natural sweetener, add in while tea is still warm and mix.
Once tea has cooled, remove tea bags and refrigerate until cold.
Add sliced lemon (and ice cubes if you want) to mason jar and enjoy!
