✨ Classes & Certifications 
Alexa brings a beautiful blend of movement and mindfulness to every class. She teaches Mat Pilates, Barre, Pilates Sculpt, Yogalates, and Prenatal/Postnatal Pilates. Plus, she’s a 250hr Certified Yoga Instructor specializing in Restorative, Hatha, Yin, Meditation, and Mindfulness Meditation. She is also certified in Injury & Special Populations for Pilates. 

💫 Her Journey 
With a lifelong interest in healthcare, anatomy, and biomechanics, Alexa was drawn to teaching as a way to merge science with mindful movement. She loves exploring how yoga and Pilates can help with recovery, injury prevention, and overall wellness - a perfect yin and yang balance between strength and stillness.
